Support Longer ring

    I have like 4 seconds to get to my phone before it stop ringing and goes into voicemail. How can I get a longer calling period???

    Oh it's a HTC Hero stock with the early ver I have not updated to the latest ver

    I've heard other people say in the past that you have to call up your network to get them to change the time.

    Your problem might be the slot index cycle. Try calling your Hero and see how many rings on the other end it takes before your Hero actually registers the call. If it takes several rings then you could try changing your slot index cycle. You will need to call Sprint to get your MSL#. Do a search for the thread with the instructions.
