Looking for a feed reader app recommendation please

I will be getting a nexus 7 and migrating away from my netbook which receives all my feeds in outlook so I'm looking for a good feed reader. What I need:

Offline capability as I'll often be away from internet
The ability to save/delete articles once I've read them
The ability to tweet articles directly from the reader

I'd appreciate any suggestions. Thanks!

You could try the Google reader. I use Pulse & absolutely love it.
