looking for a few camera apps

Are there any camera apps that have a manual focus and exposure? the camera doesn't do a good job at focusing on a close subject and exposing properly with sunlight in the background. Whether or not its proper, I would like to have a properly exposed subject ij the foreground and an overexposed background.

My iphone had an app that could manual adjust both, is there such a app for android phones?

Also I'm looking for a tiltshift like app.

Not sure about manual focus, but camera360 has a tiltshift option in the settings. Works quite well

Sorry to impede but I didn't see the point in creating a new topic, anyone know a camera app that can make photos like this:

I haven't seen any manual focus apps either. I've tried stock, vignette, and a couple others. So far I've stuck with the stock.
