I remember seeing a switch widget that was a pop up window, sorta like switchpro but it incorporated all the options into one menu. Ive been looking all day for and wanted some help. :(

With SwitchPro you can have up to 7 switches on one widget, plus you can have multiple widgets on a screen. So technically you could have all the options all in one place.

I would go with SwitchPro, looks very nice and works great!

    Quick Settings.
It has a popup menu with nearly every option you could want (except for 4G), and the options that display in the popup are customizable. The shortcut to Quick Settings can even be added to the notification dropdown, without actually taking up valuable notification bar real estate with a useless icon ;)
