Looking for an APP to create (private) map markers

Hello,
I spend a lot of time in forests, collecting mushrooms.
I'd like to be able to create (precise) markers on my android phone (moto G) in order to keep track of all the good spots- however, I have not yet found a good way to do that.
I'd be really happy about suggestions-
