I'm looking for some help. I have the Droid Incredible, which I rooted using Unrevoked3. I never updated to Gingerbread, so my firmware is still on Froyo 2.2. I was going to get a new phone, but I've decided to keep my DINC for at least another 6-9 months. I'm looking for advice on what to upgrade my firmware to (latest stable Gingerbread or Custom ROM?), and where I can get the best instructions (website or Forum) to do it.

1. This will keep your data but tends to run into some hitches.

2. Complete wipe and fresh install using the RUU.

3. Wipe phone back to stock via Gingerbread ROM.
