Has anyone found a good solution?

I did searches but am looking for someone with experience with a certain app or method.

I was thinking of building a donation webpage with paypal, but would love to find something better.

Hold on. It's coming real soon.
e-wallet. You will be able to accept credit card payments from one smart phone to another. It will begin this year.

What about accepting credit cards from people without smart phones?

I have a band and sell shirts and CDs at gigs and am looking for a good way to take credit cards on my droid incredible.

Will e-wallet do that? And will it do it before June?

I have seen lots of options but they all seem a bit sketchy. Looking for experience.

Square has just announced an Android version of their app.

Take credit cards over your android phone. The card reader comes with the account for FREE. And signup is FREE.

It would be much cooler without the $100 cap on transactions.

I posted this in an older thread. Same problem, different hammer. :)
