Sitting in the workshop to apply for the electronic engineering workshop. Anyone else in this field? I'm super stoked to get started. What should I expect?

expensive text books probably applies for any major. I remember the books for my general ed classes costing a lot. I tried not to buy them until I felt like I needed it for the class.

I took computer engineering and it was mostly theory and math. The labs were kinda fun. You get to make simple circuits that dont seem to do anything. You might even get to see what happens when certain parts blow up. Capacitors are kinda cool when they explode :)
