Help Lost Bluetooth Connection

Today, no less than five times during a phone call, my Droid and car (Acura 2006 TSX) lost its bluetooth connection. I've had the car since it was new and have never had this happen. Not sure where to begin troubleshooting. I took the phone out of my purse and put it closer to the dash, but suspect that won't do much. Is this a Droid issue or something with the bluetooth in the car? No settings were changed. It just started dropping calls out of the blue. A few times it reconnected. A few times it just disconnected the call. Any ideas appreciated.
