Help Lost contacts

Hey all, big issue - I dropped my phone yesterday, battery fell out etc.

When I turned in back on there was a message about 'gapps' not launching properly so had to shut that app down. Since then I have lost all my contacts. I tried to sync with pc today where they are all stored, but none of the phone contacts have returned.

Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom here, as I have a large number of contacts that I need to retrieve.

You can try clear data on contacts storage via the applications menu.
