I think I'm not the only person with this problem, but all my Vaulty files disappeared with the new update. I have a Galaxy Note 3, my provider is AT&T. Can someone please help either restore my files, or reverse this damn update. Thanks

I would definitely post a new topic in the above referenced Galaxy Note 3 forums. They will be better suited to assist you with this problem. I would also go here (Vaulty website) and post a support ticket: Support for Vaulty
