Help Lost my Samsung galaxy S3

Hi All,

I lost my Samsung Galaxy s3 and dont know how to track it as I has not set up the device lock and erase in Android Device Manager. Also I had no Samsung provided security app installed.

Is there a way to trace it? when I checked android device manager for last online time, it shows the date I lost the phone. Also the person who found it has removed the sim card from the device.

Could anyone please suggest to trace the device in case someone is using it with different google account.

Or is there a way to block/lock the device as my service provider BSNL denied tracing/locking the device using IMEI.
