lost phone, help!!

Hello to all, ok so earlier today i lost my android magic, and when i tried calling it, it was off. Now i didn't have a contract with my phone, it was a pre paid card and so basically when i want to go on the internet, i would need to switch on this apn (im in germany) to get internet?GPS. So obviously it was off, any way i can trace it? Or remotely turn on the network/gps. I already have lookout, but its telling me nothing probably cause theres no internet connection.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your phone. Unfortunately if the GPS was off there's not much chance for you to trace it.
