Today, at work, I couldn't get reception. 3G, 1x, nothing. Would get 1 or 2 bars occasionally but, when trying to use the phone, it wouldn't work. Bars would completely drop. Mobile Network just shows "connecting" and is dim.

    What I've done so far:
    -battery pull
    -*228 2
-called Verizon (as soon as I picked up 3G at lunch, they closed the trouble call and assumed everything was good)
    -*#*#4636#*#* cdma battery trick
-tried cycling "mobile network for roaming" options
-deleted "what the doodle" (only thing i've downloaded since work yesterday)
-called back Verizon and they don't guarantee inside buildings but he did state "it may be a faulty phone".
    -searched here

It's worked perfect there for the last few weeks. No dead spots.
    Any help or suggestions?

I work in East County San Diego in case anyone else is having the issue.

Did a factory reset and is working again.

    A few things to add:

Was scared of starting fresh but they've made it better than where I was. Nothing was lost or had to be bought again. I won't be scared to do it again.

The *#*#4636#*#* cdma trick stayed at cdma.
