Help Lost root when flashing Dandroid 4.4

I lost root when I updated to 4.4, normally this wouldn't be a problem but it seems MotoChopper isnt working. It gets stuck at Dameon Started. I have USB Debugging on so that's not the case and I am running it as Administrator. I am still at MDB baseband but I would like to update to the MDL which I think was the last one before the q-fuse was blown but correct me if I am wrong. It says there are SU binaries but I have the SuperSu app

When you flashed it did you tell recovery to fix root (shouldn't have)?
