Help Love my New Epic 4G, but have mode issue

I need help my Epic is stuck in manual mode. Yesterday the phone came on but when I pressed the up button it went back to manual phone. I really need my contacts off this phone. Any suggestions??? Please help.

Sorry to see you're having an issue with your new Epic. I've moved your question to the Epic support area for you.

I'm thinking that you may only need to remove the battery for a few minutes, and then power the device back on.

Perhaps others with an Epic have seen your issue and will chime in with more info for you.
