Low call volume

Anyone else having difficulty hearing another person? I turned off voice privacy and repositioned the phone so that the right speaker is in my ear. It is a little better. Way worse than my razr maxx.

I noticed the same thing, maybe not AS bad. But my RMHD was somewhat clearer and louder.

Call volume is a lot better on the Turbo than it was on the iPhone 6 that I returned. I have to turn down the volume. It seems similar to my Razr M.

Other forums are saying to turn off the sound effects in the settings under sound. I don't have the sound effects option.

Now that is strange. Exactly what model Turbo did you get? Does it have all the updates?

I have the 64g ballistic. I did the update yesterday.

My in call volume is much lower on my Turbo than on my old S4.

Is yours set to the maximum?
