Help Low Internal Memory

Hello, I could use some help clearing up my internal memory on my Samsung Admire. I've rooted it, uninstalled a bunch of bloatware following the directions in these forums. Now my internal memory is almost full. I thought after removing the bloatware I'd be home free. If anyone can help I'd be grateful, please remember I'm not a expert so please make it real simple for the old guy.

Be careful what apps you force to the SD card because they might force close.
