Help low sound via headphones

Hi all

I have had my T-mobile Pulese for just over a week now ( after previously owning the G1 ) and have a real problem with the sound being too low via the headphones. I can hardly hear the damn thing! The G1 wasn't like this. Anybody have a similar feeling/experience with the phone?

I've had my speakers on while at the gym with all the bikes around me, and could still hear the podcast. I've never taken a phone call on it with the handsfree though, and I've only used the stock headphones.

To my ear, the volume had to be all the way up to hear it, but I didn't have a problem. It's about the same as my 6 year old ipod was.

Obviously you turned it up on both the side and in the music player software while the headphones were in, right? I know my Mac has different settings depending on what's plugged in.

Hi, yeah I have it turned all the way up in both software and via the hard side button. I know it's not just me because I gave a friend at work a listen and he said the same thing that it's far too quiet.

Hmmm, might try some new headphones and see if it makes a difference.
