Support lte sim issues please help

    So i received my phone in the mail from Verizon followed activation step and it wworked for aprox 5 minutes before giving me the please insert sim card error so i went to Verizon store got a new sim then 5 mins later same thing is there anything i can do to fix this or do you think unofficially updating to gingerbread would fix it?

    Oh and the sim is def in properly quadruple checked and it worked for a little

    Good luck with the new phone. I have gone through 3 of them and 5 sim cards with the same issue. You'll see other posts on here from others experiencing this as well. It seems to be a problem with just any new Charge.

    They won't give me a new one for the sim issues since I'm a connession account or at least not when I call the main connession support team I have to go through normal tech support which has been helpful.

    Okay..here is the easy fix..i have concessions account and i had the same problem. I went through 3 cards..here is the fix. Take the new sim...call verizon and activate the new simm card. Put the simm card into a different 4g phone..any phone but the problem phone. Let it activate...then remove it and put it into your charge..bam! Your done! Also this corrects the problem with your phone for future activations. I been using my new charge with no issues for two weeks. Hope this helps.
