Help Lucid is toally dead and can't even factory reset.

My Luid phone is totally dead, I have tried factory reset, pressing the start button and volume down at the same time for 12 seconds, but nothing happens at all. I have tried different batteries, nothing. Can I revive it some other way? Thanks!

Well what did you do to it prior to this happening?

Is it still under the warranty? Did you root it?
