As stated I rooted my Eris and flashed two different roms with the same results. After selecting phone call and notification tones thru Mabilo ringtones the phone says I have selected silent ringtones. Any tips or suggestions on how to get ringtones. Easy and fast preferably. Don't want to have to download and clip from that. Newb here so keep it simple if possible

Ringdroid is the best for making ringtones, takes 2min or so per ringtone. You choose your own music thats on your phone. Zedge is another place to try, it's on the market. Now if you are on a froyo rom you need to go to contacts select a contact, then menu and I think more options.

I find it to be more fun and you make your ringtone just the way you want it. I have an awesome ACDC thunderstruck ringtone, and many more to get attention.
