If you are looking for help with editing movies, ask for that. You will get a few preferences.
The same for still photos. I prefer one without all the cutsies like stickers and squizz.
Even Adobe Photoshop for Android has all that crap. I prefer F-Stop.
The original Macrovision was crappy. They tried to replace Adobe's Pagemaker and failed.
I used it.
The current Macrovision is more about DRM, marketing, and protecting your product.
