Help madden 25

I have a vizio vtab1008 i cannot get madden 25 to work at all. Game downloaded just fine, opened it up and it downloaded game data, now when i try to open it, it goes to a black screen then back to home screen. Any help would be appreciated. this game is for my 7yr old son. The tablet is running android 3.2.1.
