  2. How do you like it?! I have been very interested in the Rezound for a while, how are the Beats by Dre treating you? And if you could give me some feedback on how accurate my article on the Rezound is, since you are a user of it and not interpreter, I would appreciate it.

Did they do the price match today?
I ask because the $149 price on Amazon ended yesterday.

Best Buy normally does not match on line stores, so folks lucked out.

That is ten cases worth of Boston Lager that can be bought with the savings :) Twelve packs.

I actually didnt go to best buy, I went to another third party store called the cellular connection. When I bought the nexus the day after it came out, they price matched it with amazon($185.00)..and when I returned the nexus yesterday they kept the price as it was and sent me on my merry way without a restocking fee...they also have really good dill on insurance!

The iBeats - Beats Audio technology combination make for a very muddy, bass-heavy experience. It needs much less bass and mid-bass, and increased upper-mids and highs. I experimented with several EQ apps, and finally settled on the paid version of Equalizer. With this app, you can save different sound profiles on your home screen for use in conjunction with Beats, or with other audio sources such as Pandora, which do not utilize the Beats technology.

The true test will be setting the equalizer for my Ultimate Ears' use with the Beats technology and without. Although not near as bass-heavy as the iBeats, the UEs have a MUCH more balanced sound profile.

Amazon doesnt charge you until the phone actually ships. And... until it actually ships you have the option to cancel the order. Plus, I just checked and nothing has been applied to my upgrade. So, Ill be going to bestbuy tomorrow to give it a shot.

  13. I tried asking Best Buy Mobile in San Diego if they price match Amazon and the rep said no.

    Quick update:
1st....I have connectivity! Unlike my SGN, I can actually have 3G/4G signal that’s usable! On the speed tests of the SGN, they were higher but not consistent or able to have the benefit from.
2nd...The screen is sooo much nicer! Even on a lower brightness, it’s amazing!
I was embarrassed when I had my SGN, and tried showing off with a HD video. It looked like sh##! Not so much on this!
3rd...Sense...if people actually say it makes the phone lag, they must have super human powers to tell! Its buttery smooth! And so many things to tinker with!
4th...camera is better, but still in trial mode.
5th...not a big fan of the keyboard. But will do some searching for something better.
6th...Beats headphones are ok; I have a pair of Shure headphones (ear bud type) that blow the beats away.
Battery is undetermined at this time.
Also haven’t had any crashes, or lags.

Went to bestbuy today and after waiting in line for 30 minutes they told me that they cannot price match online stores. But they would bring the price down from 299 to 239. If I wasnt so annoyed about waiting so long i probably would have argued a bit, but I was just too annoyed, and left.
