I unrooted my phone with z4root and i am looking to go back to the stock .340 however when i tried sbf'ing i got an error so i was going to just do the maderstock zip to get back to stock for teh OTA update my question is can i maderstock overtop of the .588 update?
My understanding is that you cannot use Maderstock. It will bootloop if you try. You'll get more responses in the root section.
No, you cannot use Maderstcok to downgrade from Gingerbread. You can ONLY use it to wipe a FroYo install back to its clean state. Use the SBF.

I ended up getting the sbf to work i had to find a link to download rsdlite 4.9 the 4.7 just kept giving me an error
