    Hi there,

Got my Hero last Saturday, and ever since, the iPhone has been gathering dust in the corner.

Anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone knew of a way to get that funky mail widget to work with GMail without installing a GMail account in the Mail app.

Or, if the mail widget and app are too tightly intertwined, is there another widget which works the same for GMail?

I've got both the gmail app and the HTC mail widget linked to the same account. I just turn off notifications for one of them. Does that work for you?

That does sound interesting. I'll play with that for a while. Thanks.
