Can I back up the content of the phone completely, not only the SD-Card but also the system with Android and all the settings? So like making an image of a Windows OS on a computer?

    1. Download the Forums for Android™ app!

Yeah, a full back up of the device that restores to exactly the way it was when you made the backup. Its called a Nandroid backup but you have to root the device and put a custom recovery on it to do it. Well worth doing man

    Many thanks.

Sorry, I do not understand what this means, how to do it.

Usualy on a samsung youll flash a root and custom recovery file to it using Odin on your PC. Check out the forum for your particular phone for proper advice on this because all phones are different

Sorry man i wasnt just trying to palm you off, thats not what the site is about, its just that if someone gave you a file to flash to the wrong phone or even sometimes the wrong carrier, it could destroy your phone.
Whats the model number of the phone?
