Make android read callers name out loud

I haven't been able to find this setting anywhere. On my previous phone, I could have the phone read the name of the person who was calling out loud (it would say: "Call from...and then their name). I came in handy because I like to have the same ring for everyone and just let the phone tell me who's calling.

I haven't been able to find an app or setting for this. Anyone know?

You can make your own with ringdroid and assign them to each contact.
    It's called "record new"

Nah, I just want it to read the name to me, I don't want to have to record a tone for each person (plus I don't care to hear my voice each time the phone rings!). My chocolate 2 did this.

I've thought about writing an app to do this. Once I finish the notepad app I'm working on I might give it a shot.

Search for Webcipe in the market; I think they have an app that does that.

Cool, it works! It's not as polished as my old Chocolate (sounds more robotic) but it'll work.
