I've had my Desire HD for a few months now and I mainly just use it for calls and txts :/.

So I'm trying to find as many useful and cool things to do with it as I can. I found out about using DLNA to play music and videos directly streaming from my phone to my pc the other day which is sweet. (There's an explanation of how to do it here: Sharing media via DLNA from the HTC Desire Z and Desire HD to Windows Media Player | Brightpoint GB Blog)

I also found the "IP Webcam" app on the market to use the phone as a webcam. Unfortunately it doesn't have audio and also comes through a bit laggy and blurry on my pc. Does anyone know of an app or some settings to get this to be smooth and clear?

I also was a bit disappointed with the camera on the phone until I found this guide: [GUIDE] Desire HD Camera guide - all issues resolved - xda-developers .
I'm now taking much clearer photos that I'm really happy with.

What are some other features that you use and think are really cool?

I'd like to get some kind of automatic syncing with my pc going too. It'd be sweet to just sit down at my desk and have my phone sync it's music or something automatically.

Yes, there are roms with sense. Have a look on xda.
I'm using cm7rc2 (gingerbread) at the mo, has adw built in, which would be my preference anyway so I'm happy.
