I have a Ipod dock for my entertainment system and was wondering if a M/F adaptor exists that attaches to the apple docking station?

    TIA.

Not that I know of. Don't look for a one-piece solution any time soon though.

If you are talking about going from the Ipod connector to the Evo, no, it will never happen.

However, if your dock has an aux input (i.e. 3.5mm headphone jack), then yes you can do that.

How did that work? It looks like the wrong direction (audio out of Ipod, not audio into dock)

I think this will do it:
dockBoss Audio Input Adapter for iPod, iPhone, and iPad Docking Stations or Cables

... but I am waiting for the one with the USB charger on it:
    CableJive: Universal Dock Converter

If you're willing to use bluetooth, Anycom makes (or used to make) an iPod dock adapter. You should find it on eBay, or google "sprint anycom."
