    when i go Menu>settings>applications>Manage applications
it says loading...then pops up with

the application settings ( process com.android.settings has stopped unexpectedly please try again)

i even tried hard resetting, then installing all my apps again, and it still happens!!

I have this problem too, the only way I got round it was to install an app manager that'll uninstall apps (the only reason I access app manager anyway)

Glad it's not just me! Also, when it happens, the keyboard stops being able to rotate , but fixes on a reboot

You could download an Uninstaller app for the time being to remove apps.

Does anyone know any other fixes for this problem? I've tried the 'uninstaller' solution but that didn't work and I don't have Locale.

The uninstaller trick worked, I removed Locale and all the plugins for it and the force close has stopped.
