Running Android 4.0.4 and having issues with WiFi
My workplace has become overloaded with WiFi networks and the network I connect to doesn't require a 'key', I have to connect and access a web page where I enter a password which is remembered. When I come into range the phone tries to connect to open networks which aren't really open, again (I think) you need to access a web page and enter a password, when this eventually fails, the phone tries again and basically can't seem to get a stable connection. Next thing you know the battery is almost drained.
I have tried various WiFi management apps but can't seem to find one that will permanently exclude networks that I don't want to get involved with.
Any tips? Is there an app for me?
Thanks
