Is there a way to set the vsel values? I have setcpu, droid overclock, and quick overclock and I see where to set different mhz speeds but no where to manually set the maximum vsel value for each.

For droid overclock, you have to go to the advanced/custom section

Just use QuickClock Advanced if you already have it. Open it select module then calibrate. Leave it alone for a few minutes as it determines your lowest stable vsel. Then from there it'll create a buffer and you will have a base vsel to work with.
