I upgraded my Droid Xto 2.3 the other night and ever since my phone has been super laggy and unresponsive. Has anyone had this issue and any idea for solutions?

Also, if my only option is to go back to 2.2, how can I do that.

    Thanks.

I don't know if this is your problem -- but after installing GB, my app list didn't want to update -- dozens of them just hung there "downloading" but never actually did. I had to go in and cancel and restart each one. Until I did that --- I had lag that was horrible!

As for 2.2, you can SBF back. I did last night - Took me about an hour or so, pretty simple if you follow instructions in the forums here.

    Good luck!

    Wrong forum.

But have you tried a data reset?

I found out what the problem was.

When I installed 2.3 and started up, using the backup assistant was making the phone jam up. I'm not sure if it was because it loaded everything right away, or if there was something being reinstalled that was specifically slowing everything down but when I re-wiped and started over, I didn't use the backup assistant and everything works fine.
