Market Enabler shows apps but cant download

I'm from Honduras and I've had a lot of apps that I can't downlad since it's not available for my country. I've rooted my Gnex and installed Market Enabler. This lets me see the apps but once I select download, I get a pop up dialog box saying "Error the app isn't currently available for your country".
I tried also using Orbot with Market Enabler and still same results.
Is there anyway to download these country specific apps? The app I've tried to download is Halo Waypoint. Any help is apreciated.

Edit: I'm using stock 4.0.4 with ClockworkMod Recovery on my GSM GNex

I figured it out, besides from the Sim card it checks your account for country of origin. I just created a USA Gmail account, selected it on the market and with market enable active downloaded the app. No USA credit card needed!
