Root Market not downloading after GB 2 step root

I followed all directions on sticky and phone is working fine except market. I also searched for answer first. Only time I can download an app is after a battery pull and the first time entering market. After closing market and reopening later it gets stuck and a triangle with ! pops up in the notification bar and app will not download.

I am using the GB wifi tether 14 and patch from TBH repository.

Too many issues for me to keep GB so back to 340. Thanks anyway.
