Any one using the HTC Desire HD had their market updated yet?
*moved to HTC Desire HD forum*
Yeah, but I'm not using the stock ROM. I downloaded the 3.1.3 via a thread on XDA and it's since updated itself to 3.1.5.
It's not installed for a lot of folk running the stock ROM yet, a little info can be found here: http://androidforums.com/desire-hd-support-troubleshooting/415915-cant-access-market.html & http://androidforums.com/htc-desire-hd/418704-new-style-market.html
I still haven't got mine.
Manually updated it by grabbing the .apk, looks ok, not totally sold on it yet.
Not in the UK yet, however I heard sometime back some of the Samsung were updated...
It is in the UK my work mate has it on his Motorolla Defy and another on samsung Galaxy s2. But me and my mate with the HTC sensation dont have it yet.
Neither of the guys that do have it updated it manulaly it was an automatic update
I meant not in the UK yet for the Desire HD.. should have been clearer.

Hello and welcome to the forums - thanks for joining!
The market (which is now actually called Google Play) should already be on your DHD... is the phone new? Which country are you in?
Yeah, as D-U-R-X said, it should be on there. I just factory reset my phone 3 days ago and got it yesterday. It'll just pop up next time you use the market app by saying "Market is being updated to Google Play, please accept terms and conditions."
I just found a link off xda to get the JB version if the play store. In the UK I've found no difference but a updated version number.
It only really changes the US stuff, Adding movies + tv and magazines. However, the share bar has changed on the app info page
