Root Market wont update on 3g

Apps will not update unless im on wifi. Any one know how to fix this? Its all apps.

All of a sudden I'm having issues with downloadin ANY new apps from the marketit cleared cache with cache mate powerclear...still nothing, any ideas sorry i didn't feel this would require a new thread

Do you have "Data Saver" selected? If so, that would stop 3G from downloading and would limit you to WiFi downloads.

Check your Settings>Battery & data manager>Data Saver to see whether or not it was selected.
