marketplace not downloading help plz

Hi just wondering if anyone has a fix for the Android marketplace which is stuck on downloading apps ,any help please ,running 2.1

Try cancelling all downloads (select d/l in progress and then "cancel") then attempting again one at a time.

Other things to try, in no particular order, are logging-in to Google Talk and flushing the Market cache (Settings/Applications/Market/Delete cache).
