Support Marketplace stuck on "starting download"

    For the past day, I cant download anything from the marketplace. Any app I try just gets stuck on "starting download"

    Did the latest firmware screw up my phone?

  2. Market problems are being reported around various forums for the past day or so, tbenson; I doubt if it has to do with an OTA, but we never know, do we? ;)

    You are not alone. Sometimes it has been doing the same for me, I think it is google. You may want to try to cancel and restart it, that usually works for me.

    Try it again, and restart phone. If that doesn't work, I'd call this number, which gets you to top tier Sprint tech support.
