I'm upset because I own a Motorola zoom and the personnel at the Verizon store said that I would not loose my pictures on here if we did a reset on the zoom and in fact I did. I lost precious pictured of me and my daughter and my family

I am very sorry for your loss tricia. Salesman are often just that... salesman. I doubt there was any malicious intentions by the person who helped you.. they likely did not know better. Again I'm sorry. Starting forward from this point... I would suggest saving your pictures to your sd card and backing them up now and then to your pc. Eggs in one basket often meet with disaster. Welcome to Android Forums. Again, I'm sorry you lost your pics.

How do I save them to something else considering there is not a
USB port on the zooms
