I have read about the media transfer. My phone is recognized by media connection on my PC. I weno into my DCIM folder and I had a bunch of pics and videos. I exported them to my PC. Afterwards it was empty but on my phone in my gallery I still have 403 pics and 30 videos using up almost 7 gigs of space. My phone has insufficient space. How do I export the rest if the DCIM camera folder is empty? The pics and videos are recent as well.

How exactly did you export? you may have just copied them over and not moved them. If you already have copies on your PC (check first), then just delete them.

On I found them in the folder and hit cut and then paste. But still all the other ones don't show up in the camera folder.
