Medication Reminder App

Hey Guys,

I'm looking for an android app (price doesn't matter) which i can use to replace RxmindMe (a medication reminder app) when i used iOS.

RxmindMe had a feature where you could add notes which i really liked and it would be great if the android alternative had this aswell.
