Hello! Do you mean you can't access the Meep Store, can't view items in the Meep Store, can't download from the Meep Store, or can you not access/download from GooglePlay? Or, is this the preloaded content items that you mean?
A couple of things to try:
1. Is your Meep connecting to Wifi? You'll need Wifi to connect to the store and GooglePlay.
2. Is your Meep registered? You'll need a parental account to access the store and GP and perform downloads. Register on the tablet itself on the right-hand Wheel, our smartphone app (Meep Together), or the portal website on a computer using Chrome or Safari: portal.meeptablet.com
3. Did you adjust your parental settings? You must Allow use of the Store and/or GooglePlay. Make sure to save your settings and reboot your Meep.
4. Is your Meep updated to firmware version 2.1.3? Certain earlier versions may have issues with Meep Store and GooglePlay access and downloads.
If this is the preloaded content that you are missing, all items are recoverable in the Meep Store. Follow the steps above to use the store- setting up Wifi, creating a parent account, etc. If you have connection issues or still need further assistance, I'm going to recommend contacting your local call center and they can walk you through setup.
