Can someone please help. This phone should be like a computer and be able to access the hard drive for info, right? I feel stupid but what to do? I know some phones can do this. I am really frustrated on this! People do crazy stuff with these phones, but I just need to do this one thing before I order a new phone. Thanks in advance!
