Menu has moved and I can't move it back?

    I
    can't move the menu bar back to the very bottom, you know the one that is always there, and have no idea how I moved it in the first place?
    how to move it back please?

    I'm not sure that I understand you. Are you talking about menu that you slide down and turn on wi-fi and stuff?
