Menu (Recent Apps) Button Stopped Working

The back button works fine, in the voice assistant it identifies that I press the Menu/Recent Apps button, but nothing happens in the software. This started about a month ago, a day after a system update, but I am not sure if it started immediately as I only noticed it not working several hours into the day. Any idea how to fix this?

Yes mine too, I'm so glad I'm not the only one ugh

My back button has the same trouble. I've tried restarting, restoring to factory settings, and even doing the volume down power button, etc. This really sucks
