My Motorola phones messages stops working shortly after I turn my phone on. If I send it will say message failed to send, but sometimes the receiver will get 10 or more of that message. And I jus st don't receive text messages period. Nothing else on my phone is affected. Ive already tried a simple reboot, and I've also gone into setting deleted the cache and data then restarted my phone multiple times. My messages app is up to date, no viruses are being detected. Is there anything I can do before I do a factory reset?
