This is probably ridiculously easy to solve but it's got me stumped. I installed handcent and am now getting notifications from both handcent & the htc messaging app, is there anyway to kill the htc app?

Open the hTC app, go to menu>settings, scroll down to notifications and uncheck them.

That's what I did, the app's still on the phone should I ever need it, but if there's a way/reason to dump it to free up space or something then I'd like to hear it.
